WONT GO BACK TO THAT QUEST WORSE EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD IN A LAB. SO I LEFT BECAUSE MY RIDE WAITING OUTSIDE. SHE WAS SO RUDE AND HATEFUL!!! I STARTED TO ASK IF IT WOULD MATTER IF I CAME BACK TOMORROW BECSUSE MY SPECIMENS WERE FROZEN WHEN HER PHONE RANG SHE IGNORED ME AND ANSWERED THE PHONE. SHE SAID YES AND IT WOULD BE OVER 30 MINUTES. I WALKED UP TO ASK IF I HAD TO WAIT JUST FOR A DROP. A BLACK LADY THAT WORKED THERER CAME OUT. OF LISTING TO PEOPLE COMPLAIN THAT THEY HAVE BEEN THERE WAITING OVER 3HRS. 30 MINS WENT BY AND STILL NO ONE THAT WORKED THERE EVER CAME OUT FRONT. AND A PERSON WAITING TOLD ME I HAD TO SIGN IN SO I DID AND SAT DOWN.
